Solving the climate change problem will require new and cost-effective carbon capture technology (CCS). The current carbon capture cost per ton CO2 is far above the cost level for achieving substantial global carbon capture. The challenge is to bring the cost of carbon capture below an allowance cost level per ton CO2, equal to € 30 (EU-commission estimate).
The novel SilicaTech Carbon Capture Technology will match these requirements and have the ability to initiate broad and significant reduction of carbon emissions.
